The Decatur Releaf Program seeks to replace trees that have fallen due to storms, disease or have been removed as a safety precaution. Releaf also includes all trees that have been planted by the Parks and Recreation Department, Memorial Trees and trees donated to Decatur Parks and Recreation by private or corporate donation and planted in open areas designated by Decatur Parks and Recreation where there are no trees present or there is a need for additional trees.
